Other things to cover

We ask that the presenter talk for about 90 minutes, i.e. aim to finish by 9.30pm. The presenter can talk on a topic of their choice (e.g. their vineyard, different vintages, a special aspect of their wine making, history of the winery…).

You can present different wines or compare vintages of the same wine or wines if appropriate.

We will

  • Introduce the speaker
  • Provide two or more pourers
  • Have a brief break midway for bread and dips
  • Provide private accommodation at a member’s home on a bed & breakfast basis should that be needed and requested well in advance
  • Confirm the arrangements by email.
