BBQ – Derek’s place
4:00 pm to late
Venue: Derek’s place
No Charge event
BYO wine
Food Your committee arranges the meat dishes and we ask participants to contribute by providing a salad or dessert, sufficient for about eight people. This year we would ask that if your street address has an odd number, that you provide a dessert and an even number, a salad.Event on no matter the weather as the venue has covered outdoor areas to suit most occasions. The BBQ is a great opportunity and time to mix and mingle.
Anne asks that you to bring any screw caps along that you have been collecting over the holiday period for our donation to Kan Tabs for Kids.

Let’s Look Out for Each Other (still)
As always, please do not attend the evening’s presentation if you are feeling unwell. Thanks, Your committee.
Member prize draw
The members’ prize draw takes place at each meeting, but you must be present to win. We also have a raffle draw to be won. Purchase your tickets at the door and be in to win.
Drinking and driving
Members will be aware of the lowering of drink/drive limits from December 2014. If you are unsure, refer to the Land Transport Act 1998. We ask members to be conscious of these limits. For those driving, water and some food are provided. Alternatively, consider designating a driver, using a taxi, Uber, or dial-a-driver to ensure a safe ride home.
Wine bottle screw caps
The club is collecting wine bottle screw caps to donate to the Lions in support of Kidney Kids NZ. No food lids or beer tops, please. Save and bring them to the next monthly meeting.
