    Summer BBQ 2017

    Venue: Derek’s place. Check your email from Robin in January for address

    Entry fee: This is a no fee event, but it is BYO wine. We ask members and guests to contribute by providing a salad (odd number houses) or dessert (even number houses) sufficient for about 10 people.

Member prize draw

The members’ prize draw takes place at each meeting, but you must be present to win. We also have a raffle draw to be won. Purchase your tickets at the door and be in to win.

Drinking and driving

Members will be aware of the lowering of drink/drive limits from December 2014. If you are unsure, refer to the Land Transport Act 1998. We ask members to be conscious of these limits. For those driving, water and some food are provided. Alternatively, consider designating a driver, using a taxi, Uber, or dial-a-driver to ensure a safe ride home.

Wine bottle screw caps

The club will stop collecting screwcaps after the June meeting for donation to Kidney Kids NZ.
