    It’s confirmed Hot Red Hawke’s Bay wine shows is the place to be Wellington –Wednesday 10th June & Auckland – Thursday 11th June!!  

    We invite you to join us for this decadent event, which is held annually showcasing the region’s exquisite wines.

    Enjoy an evening speaking with inspirational winemakers while tasting over 220 elegant flavoursome Hawke’s Bay wines, including many 2014 releases – a night not to be missed!

    Come along and taste Hawke’s Bay red and white wines from some of the best Hawkes Bay wineries, with the exclusive opportunity to purchase your favourite tipple from wineries at special ‘Hot Red’ pricing. 

    For the first time in its 12-year history, Hot Red Hawke’s Bay will also have exclusive Wine Master Class with a Hawke’s Bay wine expert. These 30-minute sessions are strictly limited and will sell out fast. Starting at 1pm for trade and 6pm for the public shows, tickets are an additional $10 per person.

Member prize draw

Members’ prize draw is at each meeting, but you must be present to win. We also have a raffle draw to be won. Purchase your tickets at the door and be in to win.

Drinking and driving

Members will be aware of lowering drink/drive limits from December 2014. If unsure, read the Land Transport Amendment Act (no 2) 2014. We ask members to be conscious of these limits. For those driving, water and some food are provided or think about a designated driver, taxi, Uber, or dial-a-driver to get you home safely.

Wine bottle screw caps

Anne is collecting them to give to the Lions organised Kan Tabs for Kids. No food lids or beer tops, please. Save and bring them to the next monthly meeting.
